RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At LINPATY, every product is made to order specifically for you. Because our products are produced only after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, incorrect color, or change of mind.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing or printing issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. In some cases, additional photos or information may be required to help us investigate the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we may provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. You do not need to return a damaged or defective product unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

INCORRECT SIZE OR COLOR

Please carefully review the size chart and product details before placing your order. We cannot offer refunds or replacements when the wrong size or color was ordered by the customer.

Minor variations in garment measurements or print placement may occur as part of the manufacturing process and may not qualify as a defect.

WRONG OR MISSING ITEM

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, or an item is missing from your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the package and the item received.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply if a replacement shipment is requested.

If your order appears to be lost or has a delivery issue, please contact us so we can review the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.

REFUNDS

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
